RGB split effect

Separate each component's RGB(red, green, blue) colors and display them on the screen with an offset:

Each color channel (red, green, blue) can be offset independently on the X and Y axes. Small offsets give a subtle chromatic aberration; larger ones create a stronger glitch-like separation.
